
Heidi MacEwen
Heidi is the owner of Total Body Yoga and Pilates. She offers a wide range of classes at her studio, and invites you to share her passion for fitness!
Heidi’s qualifications include:

Carly Achilles
Carly Achilles has been practicing yoga since 2016. She began her journey as a path of bettering her mental and physical health as a young adult and it has blossomed into all aspects of her life. In 2021 her first teacher training was in hot power vinyasa style and is now completing her 500hr in Embodyoga at Shraddha Yoga. Her teaching style helps connect us to the natural world around us and the busy world within, allowing us to find a sense of home and ease in the body through breath and movement.
Active in the Deaf and disabled communities, accessibility for all ages, abilities, and bodies is an integral part of her classes. When not in the studio, Carly enjoys gardening, reading, identifying plants and insects on nature walks, and plans to study beekeeping.

Eileen Cooper
Eileen has enjoyed Yoga as part of her life for over 20 years. She’s practiced various forms of which Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin are her favorites. Eileen has always enjoyed an active lifestyle and believes yoga provides a nice balance to any workout routine allowing one to be kinder and gentler to their body while maintaining strength and flexibility. She also enjoys the mindfulness that yoga brings not only to her practice but to everyday life. Her desire to share these gifts with others is what prompted her to become a certified instructor. She completed her 200 hour yoga certification at Mama Nirvana’s teacher training in 2021 of traditional Hatha yoga.

Abby Dolgas
Abby has practiced yoga for five years. Her practice has helped her grow stronger and more flexible both on and off the yoga mat. She completed her 200 hour yoga certification, as well as YOGA ed.’s children’s yoga training at Kripalu. Abby’s classes place a special emphasis on listening to the wisdom of your own body, breath, and inner voice to find the right combination of exertion, release, and restoration for you. She seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing their body and mind with yoga and hopes that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
Abby also shares her passion for wellness as a personal health and fitness coach for Team Beachbody.
Abby has her Early Childhood Teaching License (PreK- Grade 2) for Children with and without disabilities and a Reading Specialist License (Grades K-12). She currently teaches Kindergarten.

Michaela Driscoll
Michaela has practiced yoga for four years. She has been an avid exerciser for many years. She completed her 200 hour yoga certification at Mama Nirvana’s teacher training in 2021 of traditional Hatha Yoga. Michaela began yoga as a way to increase her flexibility in comparison to her traditional strength and conditioning training. She found a passion for yoga and wanted to deepen her knowledge.
Michaela offers a strong, energetic class focusing on strength and movement, yet inclusive for all abilities and levels. Expect a sequence of yoga postures designed to align, strengthen, stretch, and balance the body, mind and spirit. She also works for the Westfield school systems.

Lisa Helpa
Lisa is a Group Exercise Instructor certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Lisa is a certified CIZE Live and Barre Above instructor. She has also completed a number of BOSU certification classes and is a Team Beachbody Coach.
Lisa enjoys bringing her knowledge of health and wellness into all aspects of her life including being a Certified Track and Field Official and working full time in the Insurance Industry.

Annie Stackhouse
For more than 35 years, Annie Stackhouse has been teaching people how to move, dance, and align their bodies in a way that helps them to achieve better health. Creator of the Stackhouse Technique™ – Annie utilizes yoga, Pilates, modern dance, functional anatomy and fun to help people achieve better posture alignment, freedom from chronic pain, and an improved sense of well-being!
As a Movement Educator, Annie embodies a rich history of training, practice, and research around movement and posture alignment and how proper attention to both can optimize health.

Jacqui Mastriani
Jacqui brings a warm smile and positive attitude as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with over 25 years experience. Her approach is a fun, balanced and a safe workout that helps people consistently improve themselves through a variety of exercise components. Every class provides exercises for improving strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility for all major muscles and muscle tendon groups.
She provides comprehensive instructions, modifications, and motivation for ALL participants to be successful. She is certified in: Personal Training, LesMills BodyPump, BodyStep, PIYO, Mossa Group Power & Group Core, Barre Above and Tabata.

Christina Mykytiuk
Christina discovered PiYo Live classes in early 2016 at her local recreational facility in Arizona. As a summer resident of South Hadley she learned about our studio and our PiYo Live classes from our website. In March 2018 she became a certified PiYo Live instructor.
Christina is an avid runner and has completed one marathon, six half marathons and several shorter races. In addition to running she and her husband enjoy hiking, biking, cooking and travel.
Christina grew up in the Pacific Northwest and is a graduate of the University of Washington. Prior to joining TBYP she was airfreight manager at a Swiss logistics company for 22 years. Christina looks forward to sharing her “Passion for PiYo” with you.

Dory Pelletier
Dory Pelletier has been teaching yoga and movement therapy for decades as a yoga instructor and occupational therapist. She received her 500-hour yoga certification in Embodyoga at Shraddha Yoga, Amherst, Massachusetts. She has experience working with people of many sizes, shapes, and abilities. Her practice is guided by the belief that with appropriate support, inquiry, and self-compassion, we can participate in yoga and movement at our own current level of ability, improve performance gradually, achieve a more self-loving relationship with our bodies, and nurture our deepest selves. Dory is a gentle guide who uses body, mind, and spirit to help each person look within and find their own just-right challenge. Dory is also a retired occupational therapist, proud Grandma, gardener, and nature lover.
