ABBY SOLEIMANI

Abby took her first yoga class with Heidi when she was 9 years old. She was on and off the mat during her teenage years, but has really deepened her practice ever since she has grown. Now, she is in her early 20’s, and practicing Mindfulness and living Yoga has become one of her greatest passions. She just completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Shraddha Yoga in 2025, and wants to share her passions with the rest of her community. She is a lover of the sun and nature, and you can always find her hammocking under a tree or dancing under the stars.

Abby’s class offers a warm, inviting space to look inward and explore the beauty of our mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re new to yoga, or want to deepen your practice, Abby will be there with open arms to help lead you to serenity. Everyone is always welcome, and she is looking forward to building a radiant community and sharing her love with you all.
