Class Schedule

We offer a variety of classes including traditional Hatha Yoga, Pilates and fusion-style classes such as PiYO, BOSU, BARRE, BALLETONE and Total Body workouts with weights!

MONDAY

9:30 – 10:45 a.m. Gentle Stretch, Strength & Yoga (beg./adv. beg.) with Heidi
4:00 – 5:15 p.m. YOGA (beg./adv.beg) with Heidi
5:30 – 6:30 p.m.  Total Body Workout with Lisa Helpa

4:30 – 5:15 p.m. CORE Dimensional with Heidi
5:30 – 6:30 p.m. PIYO Live with Heidi
