We offer a variety of classes including traditional Hatha Yoga, Pilates, and fusion-style classes such as PIYO, BOSU, BARRE, BALLETONE  and Total Body workouts!

Total Body Yoga & Pilates Fitness Studio

Our studio space is temporarily closed, but we are offering live online classes beginning with our Pilates class on Sat. 3/21, at 9am! Look for your email invite with instructions on how to join us! Thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay safe & healthy.

Total Body Yoga & Pilates Fitness Studio, or TBYP Fitness for short, is located in the Chateau Harmony Building in Granby, MA. We offer a variety of fitness classes—try Pilates to strengthen your Core, Yoga to rejuvenate your body and mind, a Total Body Workout to build strength and balance, or a fusion style class, such as PiYo LIVE, BOSU, Barre & Balletone to balance the body, mind & spirit!

Is this the season that you have set as one of your goals to take some time for you and begin your journey towards good health and happiness? Don’t worry if you’ve never taken a Pilates or YOGA class or a group exercise class before–we all start somewhere! Bring a friend or make some new ones. Visit the studio and give a class a try.
