Total Body Yoga & Pilates Fitness Studio, or TBYP Fitness for short, is a barefoot studio that offers a variety of fitness classes along with a personalized nutrition program, we call Transform My Mind, Plate & Body. Our classes include Pilates to strengthen your Core, Yoga to rejuvenate your body and mind, a Total Body Workout to build strength and balance, a fusion style class, such as PiYo LIVE, BOSU, Barre & Balletone to balance the body, mind & spirit! Modifications and variations are always offered so that you feel supported and inspired.

Covid Safety

The town of Granby has issued a mask mandate for all indoor activities as of August 20th. In accordance with this mandate, masks will be required in the studio, regardless of vaccination status. We will continue to maintain the 6ft social distance requirement. Please know that this decision is being made for the safety and health of all. TBYP Fitness has been doing everything it can over the past year and a half to remain open and to help us all stay connected, healthy & well. We appreciate all your support.

The in-studio classes will also be LiveStreamed via Zoom and form our new “Hybrid classes”! You must register online to reserve a space and read our Studio Policies. There will be no walk-ins allowed.
